Social Waste are well known for their sharp lyrics and their blended mediterranean hip-hop music. A live hip-hop band, comprised of lutes, lyras, bagpipes, baglamas, and other musical instruments of the Mediterranean basin, with three rappers spitting socio-political rhymes on stage.
One of the most historic hip-hop bands in Greece, that gathers thousands of fans in their concerts, participates in activist talks about the socio-political dimension of hip-hop, has strong connections with social movements at home and abroad, and more than 25 years of presence in the Greek hip-hop scene.
They will present songs from their latest album Rebelde, as well as from their rich discography.
